In our effort to meet customers’ expectations for the products they choose from Nana Kakouti, we offer the possibility of returning all products except from underwear, for their exchange with other products or the issuance of a credit for its utilization within the season.
Product return must be made within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery. In case you want a credit to be issued, the issuance takes place within 5 days from the day of delivery to the company provided that the following are observed Return Terms.
Shipping Cost for the first return of a product due to a change in size or code, in order to be exchanged with others, Elegantestore.gr! Note that the return of a product due to size can be done only once at our own expense Elegantestore.gr. For each additional return the return and shipping costs are borne by the customer. In case of return for the purpose of refund, the return costs are borne by the customer.
Please note that if you intend to return any product, fill it out Return Card and send it along with the returned products.
- We reserve the right not to accept returns of products that do not agree with them Return Terms listed below.
- Failure to comply with these terms may result in shipping costs.

Return Terms
The following conditions must be met in full in order for the return of the order to be accepted:
- The request for return or exchange does not exceed 14 working days from the date of delivery on the basis of the receipt documents.
- All returned items must be received by us in the original condition in which you received them, without signs of wear, soiling and suitable for resale.
- All products must bear all the labels and accompanying cards of the manufacturer that they had at the time of purchase as well as the packaging that came with them.
- When you receive the products, we acknowledge that they will be tested to confirm that they meet your expectations.
- Please make sure you have the completed return form included in the package.
- If the product and the return process meet all the above criteria, you can send the products to the company and exchange them with others, or a refund will be made.
- In case of non-compliance with the terms, Nana Kakouti reserves the right not to accept the return.
- The customer always has the absolute responsibility of sending the product to the address indicated in the Return Receipt, as Elegantestore.gr as the recipient, is unable to look for the parcel in any shipping.
- You retain the responsibility for the returned goods to reach Elegantestore.gr, which is why we suggest you choose a courier service.
- THE Elegantestore.gr is not responsible for goods lost on return.
